By joining Call of the Lotus you are accepting + agreeing to our Sacred Agreements, Privacy Policy, Terms + Conditions, and Safety + Disclaimer. 

Please carefully read the Agreements of our container + journey together. We will be doing deep + powerful work together, and it is important we all feel safe + understand the importance of creating an honorable container. We will be working in linear + non-linear ways that feed our lives and the web of the Earth in powerful ways.

I ask that you enter this space with an open heart + mind, bringing in your presence and releasing expectations, letting go of comparison and surrender judgments. Adrienne intends for this container to be a sanctuary we create together - to rest + come inward, to heal + learn, to grown + expand, to receive + restore, to make offerings of love + beauty, to create deep intimacy with ourselves + each other + the plants + the elements in which this work ripples out into our communities for collective care.

You must agree to act with respect, kindness, and compassion for all those attending this journey and vow to take part in this circle for the sake of healing + highest good for all.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

  • By signing up for Call of the Lotus, you are committing to this 7-month journey and Adrienne Fisher is committing to offering you the tools, practices, materials, container, and classes promised. There are no refunds or exchanges. 

  • Adrienne reserves the right to refuse her services and terminate the exchange should the agreements here not be honored by the students.

  • You understand that you are here to weave a relationship of reciprocity with the Call of the Lotus Community, Adrienne Fisher, the plants, with the Earth + elements, spirit + the ancestors. You are not here to take, appropriate, or commercialize the teachings, practices, and recipes shared. 

  • You agree not to reproduce, republish, duplicate, teach, copy, upload, post, display, distribute, sell, resell or exploit any materials/portions of the Call of the Lotus without written consent. 

  • The content, classes, videos, rituals, accounts, and anything discussed, shared, or experienced within the Call of the Lotus container may not be shared with anyone who is not enrolled in Call of the Lotus.

  • You are not prohibited to use the website or its content (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. Adrienne Fisher/Call of the Lotus reserves the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses at any time, without prior notice to you.

  • All students have access to all of the coursework + community pages + video recordings provided throughout the duration of the journey and an additional 120 (4 months) after completion. 

SAFETY + SECURITY + PRIVACY 

I desire to hold a safe space that respects all participants’ privacy - including my own. Safety and trust are a priority when we working in ceremony + ritual.

  • All zoom events are recorded in order to be shared with participants who live in different time zones or those that cannot join live. Please note that even if your camera is on, the recording is always showing only the person who speaks. If you do not desire to be recorded while speaking, please respect your own feelings and turn your camera off.

  • To respect the privacy of all participants, the links to access the rituals, the recordings, all that is shared within our Mighty Network page, and anything shared in the Membership Area MUST NOT be transferred or shared with anyone.  No photos or screenshots are allowed.

  • All of our live, in-person and online spaces are safe and sacred spaces. All students agree to maintain privacy, respect, and a culture of non-judgment.

  • Bullying, anger, discrimination, judgement, & words, or actions of malicious intent in any of our spaces will not be prohibited and Adrienne has the right to terminate your account at any time if this is agreement is broken.

  • You are not prohibited to lend advice to anyone that shares within the community unless you are personally asked.

  • If you desire to capture or share your own setup of the rituals, you are more than welcome, however, to respect the privacy of all participants no screenshots or photos must be taken of our circles.

  • All Zoom live gatherings, as well as Zoom recordings, are not allowed to be photographed, recorded, or screenshot.

  • All video recordings will be available until 120 days after the Call of the Lotus ends.

  • Within our course pages, please do not advertise services or share information that does not pertain to our course.

  • Any passwords used for your account (“Account”) on our site is for your individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any) and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password

  • You are prohibited from using any Service or facilities provided in connection with this website to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is strictly prohibited.  If you become involved in any violation of system security, we have the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Service and to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone engaging in any activity that is believed to be violative of local, state, and federal law, as well as these Terms of Service.

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your Account or the Services and further acknowledge and expressly agree that any and all rights in your account or the services are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of the Company and/or any of its assigns.

HEALTH + WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

  • All students understand that Adrienne Fisher is not a doctor, therapist, registered dietician, or psychotherapist. In signing up for this course you agree to not hold Adrienne responsible for any of your health issues.

  • Adrienne does not prescribe or recommend herbs or therapies to anyone who is not a 1:1 client and whose medical history she does not know or who she has not fully evaluated during a consultation or series of consultations. Call of the Lotus is an educational, self-study course. Adrienne is not recommending any herbs in this training or prescribing them to you.

  • If  you are pregnant or on medication, you must work with your health professional before taking any herbs. Some herbs may interact with pharmaceutical drugs. By taking this course, you are taking responsibility for your own healing journey. 

  • It is essential that you always retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in these guided sessions and classes to your own circumstances.

  • The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it.” I encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after or during the ritual in the chat or via email. I am here to guide you to get the most from your practice and am more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives. 

  • Meraki Nomad, Adrienne Fisher, and Call of the Lotus will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in Call of the Lotus. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice or take the herbal medicines shared within this course.

  • In no way is the information provided meant to be a substitute for medical or psychological advice. PAYMENT POLICY

  • You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing the merakinomad.com with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that the Company, and its third-party service provides for payment services, are authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company hereunder, without any further notice or consent.  You agree to immediately notify the Company of any changes in your Account profile, including, but not limited to, changes to your billing address and payment information.  The Company reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods, without prior notice to you.

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN:

  • When you accept this Agreement and place an order for a Monthly Payment plan of $160 over 9-months you are agreeing to making 9 total payments over the course of 9-months, Totaling $1,440 by September 2024.

  • When you accept this Agreement and place an order for a Monthly Payment plan per your Financial Aid Agreement, you agree to make each monthly payment of $122 per month for 10 months (total tuition $1,220) by October 2024.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds available to make Installment Payments on the dates specified in your Final Payment Schedule.

  • If you would like to change your Payment Method or make alternate payment arrangements, you are able to do so online in your Account. If you have further issues please contact us via email.

  • The Payment Method you select and any necessary authorization will not affect your obligation to pay when due all amounts payable under this Agreement.

  • Delinquency: If you fail to make any payment when due in the manner required by this Agreement, you will be delinquent. If you do not update you payment method you will be terminated from Call of the Lotus and still obligated to complete your full payment for the Call of the Lotus apprenticeship as agreed upon at registration. You are responsible for re-registering and continuing to pay your payment plan until you complete to total agreed upon amount of $1440 or $1220.

CANCELLATION + REFUNDS

No refunds or cancellations are offered. When you register for Call of the Lotus you are agreeing to these Terms and agree to pay in full by the agreed upon date + plan.
