with Ella: Ella will curate a personalized energetic & spiritual experience for you to develop an intimate dialogue with your soul’s desires. Informed by the principles of womb & energy healing, she will hold space for your intuitive clarity, leadership strategy, and the opportunity to create real, sustainable change in your life.
with Nadia: In this session, we'll co-create a space dedicated to nurturing your unique healing and energetic attunement journey. Expect a personalized blend of guided visualization and breathwork, embodiment practice, and distance Reiki healing, all aimed at deepening and integrating your practice, empowering you to tap into your subtle awareness and BEcome a conduit for your unique channel.
with Adrienne: We will go deeper with one of the plant allies you’re working with through this course in either a Plant Spirit Tea meditation (where Adrienne will guide and channel messages from the plant alongside you for you) or a guided drum journey to go deeper into the realms of the subconscious with the Earth. This serves for healing, exploration, guidance, wisdom, and support with your unique intention.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS
ELLA ST. HILAIRE is a womb priestess, doula, & mentor for female leaders, visionaries, & creatives. Her practice is rooted in the methodologies of energy healing, folk herbalism, intersectional feminism, & spiritual activism. As a lifelong nomad with a background in art & writing, her holistic offerings are often inspired by her cultural curiosity & innate experimental nature. Having previously worked at Vanity Fair, Christie’s, & EDITION Hotels, she launched Bedrock Body in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, after the second wave of the BLM movement. Catalysed by grief, she fulfilled a need within her community to merge radical inner healing with real-world change. Through her bespoke courses, workshops, & private sessions, Ella has now serviced hundreds of women from across the world with a unique, embodied matriarchal pedagogy.
She is currently furthering her theological studies at Harvard Divinity School, exploring the realms of womanism, ancestral knowledge, avant-garde cinema, and critical race theory.
ADRIENNE FISHER is a medicine woman, a messenger of the Earth, an herbalist, a guide, and teacher. Her voyage into the realms of plant medicine, healing, and spiritual exploration has spanned eight illuminating years. Adrienne is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, Sacred Plant Spirit Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism. Her path of study explores the connection of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness in both linear and non-linear realms. Adrienne’s lineage comes from the lands of the SWANA region (Southwest Asia + North Africa). These ancestral threads serve as a foundation and a guiding light that moves through her heart as she weaves a fabric of remembrance and connection to tradition, ceremony, healing, and land. Adrienne’s calling is to guide others in their quest to reconnect with the Earth, Spirit, and their own bodies + hearts. Through her work, she offers a sacred space for individuals to access wisdom, support, and healing. She is passionate about helping others traverse the intricate interplay of the physical and shamanic realms to allow the plants to guide one in the unearthing of the profound beauty that resides within each of us.
NADIA IRSHAID GILBERT, a Palestinian-American Reiki Master, storyteller and chef, merges her diverse heritage with a deep spiritual practice to provoke collective Liberation. Drawing from her rich Palestinian roots and her connections to the American South, Nadia infuses her projects with radical compassion, ancestral teachings, devotional practice, and a keen sense of cultural bridging. Over the last ten years her scope of work has evolved from serving as a Director of Photography, to producing and hosting a popular Palestinian cooking show, to merging these disciplines with Spiritual and Devotional facilitation and guidance. Her work delves into the intricate relationships we have with the plants and animals we consume, the land we inhabit, our ancestral lines, and the people in our immediate and global community. She believes that by nurturing a deep respect for these ties, we can unlock extraordinary levels of healing and opportunity, ultimately transforming the world through our grounded, open-hearted presence. Nadia’s approach is multi dimensional and diverse. Through her culinary and experiential projects', Nadia celebrates Palestinian cuisine and invites us to redefine nourishment. Her documentary photography has been exhibited at the Palestine Museum US as well as the 2022 Venice Biennale. In her one-on-one sessions with founders, leaders, and householders Nadia harmonizes integrity-based expression and communication skills with the exploration of spiritual landscapes, guiding towards sustainable and aligned devotional practices.
