WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

ORDERING

• Opening orders have a minimum of $300.00 excluding the price of shipping, while repeat orders have a minimum of $150.00 excluding the price of shipping.

• Each offering has a minimum order requirement of 4 per. item.

• If your order does not meet the above minimums your wholesale order will be canceled and you will be asked to resubmit it.

• Personal and wholesale must be placed separately.

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout from our website. If shipping is miscalculated, you will be refunded the difference or invoiced if needing to pay more.

• No refunds once your order is placed.

• We cannot offer discounted full-size testers at this time - if you would like testers please include it in your wholesale order.

• Discount and Shipping Codes that apply to retail orders may not be applied to wholesale orders. If codes are applied, your wholesale order will be canceled and you will be asked to resubmit it.

• Meraki Nomad is now taking orders seasonally. Once the books are closed we will not make exceptions until we re-open - so please take that into account when placing your order for the season. You can find the ordering calendar below.

SHIPPING

• It is the stockist's responsibility to provide Meraki Nomad with a secure and current address for shipping. No credit will be extended for loss due to theft after delivery confirmation by USPS or UPS.

• All orders will be shipped through the mailing courier you choose at checkout (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking + delivery confirmation. If you would like to add insurance, please reach out via email to merakinomad@gmail.com after you have placed your order.

• In the event that an order is seized due to customs/quarantine regulations, we are unable to issue a refund.

• All orders will be packed with great care. If any items are found damaged upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the stockist to file a claim with the USPS using the insurance + tracking provided. Please contact us immediately if this occurs with photos of the damages and we will provide the necessary information for filing your claim with USPS.

• We do not offer returns for any reason at this time.

ONLINE SELLING + SOCIAL MEDIA

• When adding Meraki Nomad products to your online shop, you must include a credit to “Meraki Nomad” for making the product/let it be known that it is made by Meraki Nomad.

• When sharing a photo of Meraki Nomad products on social media - you must tag @meraki_nomad in the photo as well as in the caption.

• You are allowed to repost/use any of Meraki Nomad photos of my products as long as you do not re-edit them, add a filter, or alter them in any way.
